4. Legal basis and purpose of processing.
   The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(e) of GDPR, i.e. performance of tasks implemented in the public interest, in particular, promoting and developing of scientific and cultural achievements, acting for the benefit of local and regional communities stipulated in Article 11(1) of the Act on Law on Higher Education and Science in order to use expert knowledge and answer your question as part of the ‘Ask a Scientist’ initiative.
5. Data storage period
   We will store your personal data contained in the application form for as long as it is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned processing purpose and for archival and statistical purposes, but no longer than until you object to the data being processed 
6. Data Recipients
   We may transfer your personal data to entities processing them on our behalf and to public bodies and entities entitled to obtain such data under the applicable law.
7. Rights related to personal data processing
   1. the right to access your personal data;
   2. the right to request rectification of your personal data which are incorrect and complete your personal data that are incomplete,
   3. the right to request the removal of your personal data, in particular in the case of lodging a complaint when not overriding legitimate grounds for personal data processing occur on the part of the data controller;
   4. the right to request restriction in the processing of your personal data,
   5. Your personal data shall not be subject to the process of automated decision-taking, including profiling.
   6. You have the the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory body dealing with personal data protection, i.e. President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.
